We Aim to keep our services cost effective while maintaining sustainable operations.
what you can expect:
- Spare parts are resold with a markup of 20% to 30%, depending on the item.
- We do not offer discounts on dealer prices, except for VW and Mercedes parts, where a discount of 5% up to a maximum of 10% may be applied.
- Delivery timeframe for new parts is typically within 14 working days from order confirmation.

Credit facilty & invoicing
For our credit based clients, we are most comfortable with a 30 day settlement period from the date of invoice. This policy allows us to maintain cash flow while giving our partners reasonable payment flexibility.
